|Recommended: NoShould of never moved back — Moved into an non working A C apartment only to be in very hot conditions thinking the apartments would make it right. Only to find out that the property manager could care less for what I had to deal with. Now trying to get ahold of someone above her with no luck. Typical
response from property -We apologize that the A/C wasn't working upon move in. We did respond the first working day that we were notified of the issue and supplied a portable A/C that was sized for cooling the square footage of your apartment and also immediately contacted a contractor to replace the A/C unit. When the contractor arrived to fix the problem the apartment temperature was 65 degrees. Management cares about taking caring of our residents. We believe you had a good experience the first time you lived here as you decided to move back in under the same management.
|Recommended: YesSafe and quiet — I feel very safe walking around the complex, even at night, and love how quiet it is. No rowdy neighbors Tucked back into the woods and only one way in and out it's a very peaceful complex

|Recommended: YesNorthwoods Resident — I have been a resident Northwoods for 4 years. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The staff are professional and the residents are friendly. I have recommended Northwoods to my friends looking for a new place to live. The location is ideal for nearby shopping and the property gated. Northwoods is by far one the best apartment complexes I have experienced.
|Recommended: YesGreat Complex — Northwoods has terrific service and incredible apartments.
|Recommended: YesOverall a good place to live — Does Northwoods have its faults Sure. But the positive outweigh the negatives by far. Apartments are clean and recently updated. Maintenance is prompt when something goes wrong. My main complaints would be be no parking on my side of the building to be fair its the only spot like it in the complex . And the laundry card system is a little inconvenient. And the maintenance people do occasionly track mud into the walkways with their golf carts. Other than that any complaints I would have are outside of the complex's control. Occasional noisy neighbors and cars parked where they shouldn't be when I go to park. Both of which are issues at any apartment I have ever lived at. Location is great. Super close to all Avon shopping and pretty easy access to 465.
